Restoration work on the M Factory building in Marseille has been completed.

This building was not always like this. On 13 June 1911, Étienne Biétron and Aimé Biétron bought a plot of land from the Société Inmobilière de Marseille to set up their wholesale format business there in April 1912.

The building and its monumental entrance are listed as protected isolated heritage sites and are one of the best examples of industrial architecture in Marseille.

Known by locals for having served as a refuge for British sailors during the war, the building has now been reborn as an office space in a dynamic and highly attractive area undergoing transformation.

In the M Factory building, with a total surface area of ​​over 6,000 m² for offices and premium services, we have worked on:

• More than 400 windows with motorised blinds.
• Triple glazing for greater energy efficiency.
• Curtain wall that enhances the modern aesthetic.
• Automatic entrance doors with curved aluminum.

Every detail has been carefully selected to highlight the architectural value of this emblematic building full of history. With top quality materials and finishes we have contributed to renovating a unique space in Marseille.
